My career path has been an exhilarating, unconventional journey. I started on stage as a professional dancer, transitioned into the vibrant world of media and marketing in the technology sector, and then dedicated seventeen years to education and school leadership. Living adventurously and driven by endless curiosity, I have seen one profound truth consistently illuminated: the sheer, transformative power of a clear story.

I am also an associate of the board review consultancy, Bvalco. And when I’m not helping other people, I enjoying cycling, photography, writing, gardening and cooking.
I am married to Dawn, who works in the technology sector, and we are the servants to a shouty Airedale Terrier.
